Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for UK restaurants and related projects. This role involves managing projects across the retail and restaurant sectors, overseeing workload planning, and ensuring effective cost management for the entire facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing complex projects within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all TS projects across UK retail and restaurant accounts.
• Partner with the Regional Executive Director to execute strategic initiatives and deliverables.
• Manage overall program financials, including P&L accountability, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Lead the development of bid proposals for sales opportunities and support business growth strategies.
• Ensure successful engagement, onboarding, and execution of new projects across multiple accounts.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across all program activities.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project and program management within retail and restaurant environments.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale programs and financial accountability.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex, multi-account environments with a focus on operational efficiency.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (mandatory).
• Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (Agile, Matrix environments).
