DESCRIPTION:
Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Technical Sales Specialist III, where you will drive revenue growth and customer success through strong technical and commercial expertise. In this role, you will support the sales of Cell Biology products by acting as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers identify needs and delivering solutions that contribute to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
You will collaborate closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to develop and execute strategic plans for the Bioscience Division (BID), with a focus on achieving sales targets and expanding market presence. Leveraging your technical knowledge and market insights, you will support profitable initiatives and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities include engaging with customers and distributors through technical visits and calls, delivering pre-sales presentations in research, clinical, and pharmaceutical environments, and representing the company at congresses, seminars, workshops, and customer experience centers. You will also organize and conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to internal teams and partners.
Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and scientific stakeholders, monitor sales performance and market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Regulatory Affairs, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Distribution to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
