The role of internal communications involves managing and distributing corporate information to employees, ensuring effective communication across OUs and functions. It includes creating and overseeing internal materials, updates, and announcements. Additionally, it fosters a positive corporate culture through engagement initiatives and feedback channels.

• グローバルからのアナウンスの英語翻訳、現地で翻訳された日本語テキストのチェック
• 社内イベントのプロジェクト管理
• SNSや様々なプラットフォームを活用したオンラインPR

Must Haves

Skills/Knowledge

• 英語を使用したビジネスコミュニケーションの経験（スピーキング/ライティング）
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint）
• 各種SNSや、Youtubeなどのプラットフォームについて理解できる
   

Competency

• 高い対人能力・コミュニケーション能力（会社の代表として社外、社内の各部門と円滑で密なコミュニケーションをとることができる）
• クリエイティブな文章ライティングができる
   

Education

• 学士以上 (学部・学科は問わない)

Job Experience

• 広報活動などの経験。アシスタントとしてなど経験も考慮可
