Summary:

Creates design collateral to enhance and promote Memorial Healthcare System’s internal brand.

Responsibilities:

Manages multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.

Collaborates with HR stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and offer design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.

Develops visual concepts and design layouts that effectively convey complex information and HR-related topics in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.

Work closely with the key stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audiences, ensuring that designs align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.

Designs and produces a wide range of creative assets including digital graphics, presentations, infographics, posters, newsletters, and other print and digital materials for HR communications.

Upholds brand standards and guidelines across all design projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity for internal HR communications.

Stays up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of HR communications materials.

Education and Certification Requirements:

Bachelors: Graphic Design (Required)

Required Work Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on internal communications or corporate branding. Other Information: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software/tools.Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design best practices.
