MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
In coordination with the VP for Human Resources, leads the creation and implementation of effective strategies and processes to recruit diverse and talented prospective employees to the College.
Oversees the hiring process for Systems Office positions.
Works with external search firms and recruiters as necessary to help fill positions and manages relationships with these recruitment partners.
Assists hiring managers in scheduling and managing the interview process for Systems Office openings; in collaboration with hiring managers, manages the candidate sort and screen process.
Working with the HR systems team to manage the Ivy Tech employment recruitment and applicant tracking sites (including data analysis, process creation/revision, system use, and system training).
Creates and manages recruiting and interviewing tools and delivers interviewing training as appropriate.
In collaboration with Talent Development, manages the onboarding process for newly hired employees and supports supervisors through the onboarding process.
In collaboration with Marketing, maintains the College’s recruitment presence on website and in social media and implements appropriate modifications as determined by changes in technology and trends in social media.
In collaboration with Systems Office and Campus HR leadership, leads statewide recruitment strategies, with a focus on difficult-to-fill faculty and staff positions.
Collaborates with the Diversity, Equity, and Belonging team to increase the diversity of candidate pools.
Develops and sends weekly communication to Systems Office employees to provide updates on newly hired employees and newly posted positions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Associate degree (or higher) required.
Must have a minimum of one year of professional employment recruitment experience.
Must be proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word and Outlook).
Workday HCM experience preferred.
Must possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Must be well organized and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
Must demonstrate the ability to promote an inclusive environment that reflects the broad diversity and backgrounds represented by our students and employees where every individual feels respected and valued.
SALARY RANGE:
$53,000 - $58,000/ annually
