Summary:
We are seeking an experienced GoTransverse Developer with strong hands-on expertise in GoTransverse configuration and functional troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring billing-related components, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) across multiple functional modules, and supporting data analysis using Snowflake queries.
The role requires close collaboration with business, finance, and technical teams to ensure accurate billing, accounting, and customer lifecycle management within the GoTransverse platform.

Roles & Responsibilities:
GoTransverse Configuration & Development
Configure and maintain GoTransverse components including:
o Products, plans, rate plans, charges
o Pricing models and usage-based billing
o Billing schedules and invoice setup
Implement and modify configurations based on business requirements.
Support enhancements and production issues related to GoTransverse.

Functional RCA & Support
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues across:
o Billing
o General Ledger (GL)
o Notifications
o Batch Jobs
o Customer Management
Analyze failed or incorrect billing runs and recommend corrective actions.
Identify data mismatches between GoTransverse and downstream systems.
Provide detailed RCA documentation for incidents and production defects.

Billing
Troubleshoot invoice generation issues.
Analyze rating, taxation, proration, and billing frequency problems.
Support billing cycles, rebilling, and adjustments.
Ensure accuracy in invoice amounts and usage calculations.

General Ledger (GL)
Configure and support GL rules and accounting mappings.
Investigate revenue posting issues.
Ensure accurate revenue recognition and journal entries.
Support finance team during month-end close.

Notifications
Configure and troubleshoot notification templates.
Analyze failures related to invoice, payment, and customer communication notifications.
Support event-based and scheduled notifications.

Batch Jobs
Monitor and troubleshoot GoTransverse batch jobs.
Perform RCA for job failures and performance issues.
Coordinate reprocessing and reruns as needed.

Customer Management
Support customer lifecycle activities including:
o Account creation
o Subscription management
o Amendments and cancellations
Troubleshoot customer-level billing and account issues.

Snowflake Data Analysis
Write and execute Snowflake SQL queries to:
o Analyze billing data
o Validate invoices and usage records
o Support RCA and reconciliation
Perform data comparison between GoTransverse and Snowflake reporting layers.
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests from business and finance teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have
Strong hands-on experience with GoTransverse platform.
Expertise in GoTransverse configuration.
Deep functional understanding of:
o Billing
o General Ledger
o Customer Management
Experience performing functional and technical RCA.
Strong SQL skills, specifically Snowflake queries.
Experience supporting production environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3- 5 years of experience in GoTransverse platform Billing Platform
- This position is based at our Bangalore/ Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
