A Day in the Life

Als Praktikant*in im Bereich Patient Care Systems (PCS) unterstützt du unser CRM-Team in Österreich bei spannenden Projekten rund um Krankenhaus‑IT, Remote‑Support‑Technologien und die Implementierung moderner Programmiergeräte für kardiale Implantate. Die Position erfordert eine Reisetätigkeit von 80% innerhalb von Österreich. Dein Wohnort sollte in der Region Oberösterreich, Niederösterreich oder Wien sein.

Praktikumsdetails:
• Startdatum: März/ April 2026
• Dauer: 12 Monate
• Ort: Österreich
• Arbeitsstunden: 20 Stunden/Woche (flexibel, z. B. während Prüfungsphasen)
• Arbeitsmodell: remote (bis zu 80% beim Kunden, ansonsten Home Office)

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:
• Unterstützung beim Update, sowie Implementierung und Austausch von Programmiergeräten, für kardiale Implantate direkt beim Kunden vor Ort 
• Assistenz bei der Einführung innovativer Remote‑Support‑Technologien in die Krankenhaus‑IT
• Ansprechperson für technische Kundenanfragen zur IT‑Anbindung
• Unterstützung im Projektmanagement
• Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit der Kundenbetreuung und Pflege interner Datenbanken

Erforderliches Wissen:
• Laufendes Studium in Informatik, Medizin‑/Bioinformatik, Healthcare Informatics oder ähnlichen Studienrichtungen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
• Interesse an Healthcare, Medtech und IT‑Infrastruktur
• Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Hands‑on‑Mentalität
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Führerschein Klasse B
