As a Relationship Executive, you’ll deliver meaningful banking solutions to a diverse portfolio with complex needs, using your commercial insight and financial expertise to support long‑term business growth. You’ll manage an established group of loyal clients while providing exceptional service, and you’ll drive new client acquisition by identifying opportunities across both new and existing relationships.

You’ll be part of a team of Relationship Executives and Analysts in Brisbane who manage a diversified portfolio and deliver end‑to‑end Business & Commercial Banking solutions.

This segment focuses on clients with:

  • Turnover between $15m–$30m, or

  • Up to $10m in commercial lending,
    providing solutions across cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment.

We work flexibly to balance client needs, team collaboration and life outside of work.

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have strong experience building and managing a successful Commercial Banking portfolio, including lending above $3m

  • Bring a deep understanding of banking products and services

  • Are confident in credit, financial analysis and interpreting financial statements, with sound knowledge of cash‑flow drivers

  • Take pride in building long‑term client relationships through exceptional service and proactive business development
