About the Role  

For business development, we are now looking for Account Manager (PR/ Communications) with roles as below:

What You’ll Do 

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
    • Proactively understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Anticipate client needs and provide strategic counsel and solutions.
    • Effectively manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Lead client meetings and presentations, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

  • Project Management:
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
    • Develop and track project budgets and timelines.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Strategic Planning & Campaign Development:
    • Collaborate with existing clients and internal teams to identify business needs and objectives.
    • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform the development of comprehensive communications strategies and plans.
    • Develop creative and innovative PR campaigns that align with client goals and target audiences.
    • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify opportunities to expand T&A Ogilvy's business with existing clients.
    • Participate in new business pitches and proposal development.
    • Contribute to the development of compelling presentations and marketing materials.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities.
  • Media Relations:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts.
    • Craft compelling press releases, media kits, and other media materials.
    • Develop and execute strategic media outreach plans.
    • Effectively pitch stories to media outlets and secure positive coverage for clients.
    • Manage media events and press conferences.
    • Provide media training to spokespersons, preparing them for interviews and presentations.
  • Team Leadership & Management:
    • Oversee the quality and operational performance of assigned accounts.
    • Mentor and guide junior team members, providing coaching and support.
    • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
    • Contribute to the overall growth and development of the Business Team.
  • Writing & Communication:
    • Demonstrate exceptional writing skills to craft clear, concise, and persuasive internal and client communications.
    • Develop compelling communications plans, press materials, new business proposals, and other written content.
    • Effectively communicate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Need  

This person should be qualified:

  • At least 5 years of PR/ Communications experience (Agency experience is preferred). Already 1 - 2 experience in Manager level
  • Strong project management and campaign execution
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR campaigns
  • Strong understanding of the PR landscape and media relations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Confident in communication & presentation
  • Possessing a high degree of English competency
