Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions. - Implement best practices for system maintenance and optimization. - Document and maintain system configurations and processes. - Assist in the development and implementation of new systems and services. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java. - Strong understanding of system operations and maintenance. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with system configuration management tools. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A BE degree is required.
