Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of retail investment planning, actual tracking and analysis
• Work closely with business team to develop CSR, AOP and Budget to develop retail investment strategy and drive business growth
• Work closely with Marketplace, Marketing, Controlling and Portfolio Management team to deliver monthly closing and forecast update, provide comments, and optimize investment through timely read and react

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Master of Finance, Accounting or Business-related area At least 10 years’ experience in MNC Finance, FP&A experience is a plus Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Power BI and tableau skill is preferred Excellent English oral and written skills, excellent cross-functional communication skills. Detail oriented, strong ownership and self-motivated Willing to dive deep into details, solve complex problems, and have passion to drive results 
• Prepare business review reports and deep dive analysis on key investments including marketing expense, overhead, etc.
• Support new projects including new retail business model, new concept transformation, etc.
• Work closely with procurement team on driving productivity saving during contract review process
• Other ad hoc tasks
