In this role, you will maintain and support users for mission-facing networks, solving problems in a hands-on manner, and growing your skills and experience across a broad range of components and systems. More About the Role:

  • You will bring an understanding of networking fundamentals

  • You will have experience with sponsor enterprise network operations and policies in Windows and Linux

  • You will have strong customer service and technical writing skills

  • You will have the ability to work independently

  • You will demonstrated written and verbal communications skills

  • You will experience performing assessments, developing or improving configuration management processes and procedures, and implementing these processes and procedures

  • You will have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment


You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly

  • Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 support in a technical and operational environment

  • Understanding of network fundamentals

  • Experience with sponsor's enterprise network operations and policies

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow

  • Familiarity with JIRA

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrated experience getting to root causes for IT issues

  • Experience with Linux Systems Administration

  • Experience with Windows Systems Administration

  • Ability to work independently or under only general direction

  • Strong written and oral communications skills, with demonstrated competency in documentation

  • Experience performing assessments, developing, improving, and implementing configuration management processes and procedures

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$89,800 - $197,700
