Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Accounting, Strategy, Operations, and Legal to develop and implement strategies intended to support the company’s enterprise strategy by mitigating risks related to potential tax liabilities.
Develop and implement strategic tax transaction planning to support business growth and expansion, including drafting and reviewing corporate tax-related transactional and/or governance documents.
Provide legal support for payroll tax matters, including compliance with federal and state payroll tax laws and regulations.
Provide legal advice and guidance on federal and international income tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and supporting controversy resolution.
Analyze and interpret tax laws, rules, regulations, and court and administrative decisions to identify potential tax savings and minimize tax risks.
Assist with tax due diligence on potential joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures.
Assist the Tax team in the development and drafting of tax policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Provide training and guidance to cross-functional teams about important tax matters.
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations and provide recommendations for updates to tax policies and procedures.
What you'll bring:
You have a Master of Law in Taxation or are a Certified Public Accountant
You have experience successfully negotiating resolutions of high-stakes tax controversies and audit defense for clients with large, multinational operations
You’re organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You have high standards and are a strategic thinker.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
