POSITION SUMMARY:
This is an exciting and challenging role working with a group of attorneys and internal clients to support the Company’s real estate activities. The successful candidate will draft, review, and analyze real estate agreements, perform in-depth legal research, serve as primary liaison with internal clients, implement and enhance process controls and strategies, and assist with other legal matters. This role will help design, develop, and leverage forms, templates, and processes, evaluate and implement enhancements to software tools, collaborate with third parties, and manage an active workload of real estate legal matters. Successful candidates will have strong analytical, organizational, and contracting skills, and a strong orientation toward collaboration and process improvement.
