Outsourcing Delivery Analyst 

The Team:

Solutions Operations is the industry leader in leveraged loan, private equity and high-yield solutions and provides comprehensive products and services for portfolio management, administration, reporting, and analysis. Through our numerous platforms, managed services, or full outsourcing to front to back-office functions, Solutions Operations offers flexible and unique solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities and Impact:  

The WSO Core Operations team analyzes, handles, and processes all queries related to our client’s data in WSO Web. S&P currently has an opening for a WSO Core Services Analyst to assist with the business' day-to-day operations. The role also includes enhancing existing practices and finding alternatives to ensure smooth data delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues globally in Gurgaon, Dallas, New York, and Manchester.

What’s in it for you:

S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps.  The position offers exposure to external industry entities such as portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks.  The candidate must be a self-starter, adapt to the dynamics of the work environment, ability to multitask, meet tight timelines, be hardworking, efficient with good analytical skills.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

S&P Global states that this position's anticipated base salary range is $41,990.00 to $69,020.00. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.  

This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Process trade settlement in WSO Admin based on the information provided by the client

  • Ensure timely and efficient processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc.

  • Responsible for accurately processing daily activity, new deal closings, restructures and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documentation and faxes from agent banks

  • Process interest, commitment fees and investigate discrepancies when necessary

  • Responsible for reconciliations, balancing and publishing of cash ledgers, as well as issue research and resolution

  • Review system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities and handle exception items

  • Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to reflect date accurately in the system

  • Handle requests from different departments/clients within an hour's turnaround

  • Complete special projects as assigned

  • Assist other WSO groups during quarter-end or other high-volume periods

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills

  • Takes initiative and ownership of job responsibilities

  • Must be able to perform job duties accurately

  • Must adhere to deadlines and targets given

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Prepare various reports and metrics needed by internal management or special client requests

  • Must be able to work well with others in a team environment

  • Must be able to work a hybrid position in Dallas, TX

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA or BS in Accounting or Finance preferred

  • Commercial awareness and knowledge of par and distressed loans

  • Knowledge of simple interest calculations

  • Ability to read and interpret credit agreements

  • Experience with daily loan transactions
