The role

Our GET and Buckets team has a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in inventory planning/control in the mining industry to join their team based in Kenwick, WA as an Inventory Planner. 

As the Inventory Planner, you will be responsible for monitoring material supply agreements and planning/coordinating stock levels and movements globally.  The role is also responsible for analyzing inventory levels and trends to improve cost efficiency and to increase product availability to customers.

Areas of responsibility

  • Analyse inventory to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained

  • Calculate and recommend new raw material standard costs for new budget year 

  • Manage the administrative duties for Shipping Import documentation 

  • Ensure timely completion and distribution of monthly management reports to provide first class inventory and purchasing analysis of business activities 

  • Liaise with international purchasing team to ensure on-time delivery for the Production Unit (PU)

Your profile

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for the role where experience in the mining industry is preferred.  A level of technical knowledge and application expertise in our product range would be an advantage.
