Female Support Worker ONLY!

Banff

We are offering an hourly rate of £12.82. Shifts to be covered are; 07.30-15:00, 15:00-22:30 and sleeps, to cover over a 7 day week.

We will consider full and part time applications.

About the Role:

We are looking for reliable, fun and empathetic Support Workers to join our team based in Banff, for a specific service user living in their own home and who has a profound learning disability.

The successful Support Workers will support in household tasks and maintenance of tenancy. Provision of preparing and serving nutritious meals.

Complete all needs for personal care and support with toileting throughout the day.

About Them:

Our service user has profound Learning Disability and can displays challenging behaviour when triggered, this may show signs of apprehension and/or aggression. At these times staff are required to support, reassure and follow the behaviour support plan, to ensure both staff and service user are safe.

Support workers to work on a 2:1 basis, throughout the day and 1 member of staff will be required to sleep over.

The shift pattern will consist of Late/Sleep/Early shift pattern which are as follows:

  • Early shifts 07:30-15:00
  • Late shifts 15:00-22:30
  • Sleepovers
  • You will be required to work 2 weekends out of 3 on a 3 week rolling rota.

For continuity of our service user this is the shift pattern we are offering.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
