Job Summary
The Manager, Account & Project Management, Strategic Account Solutions oversees the performance, satisfaction, and growth of Urology customer accounts while managing project delivery across multiple workstreams. This role ensures successful execution of customer implementations, provides oversight for project teams, and supports customer needs throughout the lifecycle of each engagement.
In addition to account oversight, this role leads the planning and execution of business unit–level events, meetings, and internal collaborations. Responsibilities include coordinating agendas, managing logistics, aligning stakeholders, and supporting content development for department meetings, customer-facing working sessions, and internal operational gatherings.
The Manager operates with moderate independence, supervises professional staff, contributes to departmental policy development, and helps maintain consistent standards across the project management function.
Qualifications
Location: This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work within EST or CST business hours.
Anticipated salary range: $105,100 - $150,000
