Who we are looking for
Individual will lead the planning and execution of Alpha E2E and middle office recordkeeping conversion activities for their client programs.
The Alpha Conversion team manages the execution of the critical migration, conversion & cutover activities necessary to bring new clients on to the State Street Alpha platform. The Alpha Conversion team works with clients to facilitate data extraction & migration process, organizing and supporting recordkeeping conversion events (dry run, DITL/PPVE, dress rehearsal, go live) and ensuring a smooth transition to BAU working across the different business units.
The Alpha Conversion Analyst manages ongoing client relationships, cross workstream collaboration and conversion team oversight. Responsibilities will range from resourcing and cost estimation, scoping requirements, engaging with client and internal product teams to define the conversion approach and timeline, organizing and leading conversion events (dry run, DITL/PPVE, dress rehearsal, go live) and ensuring a smooth transition to BAU working across the different business units. The individual will be expected to coordinate the activities of those involved in the conversion which could be up to 10-15 individuals located in different time zones.
