- Operational Excellence
• Manage end-to-end procurement process
• Strategic sourcing, evaluating opportunities, assisting in identifying the most suitable vendor, re-quest for quotation/proposal (RFQ/RFP)
• Strategic negotiation (eg. price, payment terms) via different saving methods
• Monthly update the price list in sharepoint
• Contract management (framework contracts & annual contracted hotel list)

- Vendor Management
• New vendor assessment
• Review the vendor onboarding process in collaboration with the Master Data Management(MDM) team
• Vendor capability development and quality improvements
• Build strategic partnerships with key vendors

- Compliance & Risk Assessments
• Facilitate the annual vendor assessment process in accordance with corporate SOPs
• Ensure all procurement activities are compliance with external regulations and internal policies

- Digital Workflow Adoption
• Implement automated procurement workflows using internal digital tools(such as Power Auto-mate & Power BI), actively driving the reduction of manual administrative man-hours

- Communicating and coordinating with internal teams to prioritize purchasing strategy for business needs.
- Market information collection and report demand/supply trend.
- Other assigned tasks

Education
• Bachelor degree or above, in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing and Purchasing, Procurement, or equivalent.

Experience
• 3+ years experience of supply chain and procurement experience in international companies.
• End to end order management and vendor management experience is a big plus.
• Enough exposure to sourcing and purchasing is preferred.
• Industry background of medical or electronics is preferred.
• SAP experience and purchasing system implementation experience is preferred.

Other skills
• Strong self-driven capability is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills are a must, with experienced negotiation skills a BIG plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with team spirit.
• Fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken.
• Solution-oriented & able to work under pressure.
