Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust pipelines that are ready for production deployment, ensuring reliability and scalability. The engineer works on implementing generative artificial intelligence models as part of the overall solution, while also exploring areas such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with various teams to align technical approaches and deliver high-quality outcomes is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI and machine learning models ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
- Familiarity with cloud AI services and deployment pipelines for production environments.
- Knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with image processing techniques and conversational AI systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
