We are seeking a skilled Delivery Lead/Technical Writer with a strong background in public cloud and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a talent for translating complex concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will work closely with our engineering, product, and architecture teams to create high-quality content that supports our cloud solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Capable of working on system vulnerabilities with existing team and other teams to resolve within required timeframes

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the cloud computing domain
  • Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, white papers, and best practices for our public cloud and hybrid cloud solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and product managers to gather information and understand the functionalities and intricacies of our cloud offerings
  • Create and manage a library of technical documentation and ensure it is kept current with the latest product releases and updates
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for a diverse audience, ranging from technical experts to non-technical users
  • Work with cross functional teams to produce engaging content that highlights the benefits and features of our cloud solutions
  • Review and edit documentation created by other team members to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing to continuously improve our documentation processes and content
  • Strong understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud architectures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tools (e.g., Terraform, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash)
