Position Summary
This is a strategic sales position requiring an in-depth knowledge of how technology is used to enable business goals or overcome business challenges. Position requires strategic thinking/planning coupled with tactical execution of identified business opportunities. Responsible for managing all facets of the relationship with large enterprise key accounts while ensuring revenue goals are being met.
Responsibilities
Understand the medium- to long-term business environment and industry trends of the accounts you are in charge of, and make proposals to contribute to the growth of the business.
Develop strategic partnerships and build trust with customers, including CxO level and maintain detailed account profiles including organizational charts for all accounts to be reviewed by management on a quarterly basis
Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through deal management and accurate sales forecasting
In addition to deep-reaching sales to existing customers, develop new customers and create pipelines
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as system engineers, consultants, and support, as well as partner companies, to provide leadership in acquiring projects.
Fully responsible for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of sales cycles from initial contact through the procurement process and ensure Salesforce is utilized appropriately and maintained on a regular basis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration engineering, or equivalent work experience.
At least 8 years of Enterprise Account Manager experience in a relevant industry.
Proven track record in a high growth company of medium size from the information technology/networking industry.
Must be able to read and write English & fluent in Japanese
