About the Role
 

As a Software Engineering Lead of you lead a small team of Engineers.
They will help team members to identify their skills and passions and grow as engineers and team members. This role requires technical experience, such that they can contribute to complex design and guide their team with clarity.
 

Responsibilities
 

  • Writing and reviewing portions of detailed specifications for the development of system components of moderate complexity.
  • Working closely with other development team members to understand moderately complex product requirements and translate them into software designs.
  • Managing the daily workload of a team of 3-4 engineers. Reporting progress on their initiatives and how that pertains to roadmap progress in a forum of their peers.
  • Managing and encourage new ideas from staff to foster improvements through innovations
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders on development of solutions from product, security, business, or technical sources. Be open to discussion, present your opinions and ideas and listen to others.
  • Promoting and celebrate the successes of their team and share lessons learned on less successful efforts


Requirements
 

  • Have experience in C#, .NET Core coding languages and proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Be able to partner and lead internal and external technology resources in solving complex business needs
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Be able to collaborate, support and drive team members to deliver on results, providing technical and professional guidance
  • Possess extensive experience in Software Engineering and a passion for helping others
    to progress and develop technically also
