Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Sales Enablement Partner to serve as the connective tissue between senior sales leadership, Worldwide Field Enablement (WWFE), Product, and Product Marketing (PMM). This role is accountable for driving leadership alignment, coordinating go-to-market (GTM) enablement, and ensuring enablement programs land with clarity, consistency, and measurable impact across the field.
In this highly collaborative role, you will lead senior leader engagement, partner with field champions to drive enablement adoption, and orchestrate the end-to-end execution of enablement initiatives from planning and scheduling through communications and success measurement. You will maintain a cohesive learner journey by coordinating live events, on-demand learning, and learning track releases, ensuring programs are well-timed, well-communicated, and supported by leaders.
This role is ideal for an enablement leader who excels in alignment, coordination, and execution at scale, and who brings structure, rhythm, and clarity to complex, cross-functional enablement motions.

The annual base pay for this position is: $112,000.00 - $168,000.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
