Position Summary...
Sr. Manager responsible for leading and coordinating software development initiatives, infrastructure projects, and product rollouts across kiosk and web platforms. This role oversees roadmap planning, testing, deployment, issue management, and cross-functional execution to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with business strategy. The position requires strong organizational skills, technical fluency, and the ability to drive projects from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
What you'll do...
Software Development Roadmap & Execution - Own and manage the kiosk software development roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timelines.
- Own and manage the website software development roadmap, coordinating releases and enhancements.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track progress and provide regular status reporting to leadership.
Testing & Rollout Management - Lead end-to-end software testing processes for kiosk and website platforms.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), validation, and deployment activities.
- Oversee phased rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across environments.
- Identify and mitigate risks prior to production release.
Issue & Bug Management - Manage bug tracking and resolution for kiosk and website platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to address site issues, system defects, and performance concerns.
- Prioritize fixes based on impact, urgency, and business needs.
Infrastructure & Integration Projects - Lead Walmart infrastructure-related initiatives, including networking, integrations, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate infrastructure updates, crash recovery efforts, and system upgrades.
- Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
New Product Development - Support new product testing initiatives and manage rollout strategies.
- Ensure readiness across technical, operational, and business teams prior to launch.
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous improvement.
Strategy, Reporting & Governance - Contribute to development strategy planning and long-term roadmap alignment.
- Track KPIs and provide clear, actionable reporting on project progress and roadmap health.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and risk logs.
- Drive accountability across teams to meet deadlines and performance targets.
Qualifications - 5+ years of project management experience
- Photo Industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Experience and knowledge of web and/or kiosk-based platforms (Photo preferred).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
