About the Role

We are hiring a Principal Presales Consultant – ITSM-Led Analytics & Service Operations Reporting to join our Delivery organization. This role acts as a solution design authority, owning ITSM-driven analytics and reporting solutions built on ServiceNow and service operations data, and ensuring a seamless transition from presales into delivery. The focus is on enabling operational visibility, service performance management, and executive reporting using Azure, Databricks, Power BI, and enterprise data platforms.

Principal Responsibilities

• Act as design authority and solution owner for ITSM-led analytics initiatives from presales through early delivery
• Define and govern end-to-end analytics and reporting architecture for Service Operations
• Design executive and operational dashboards covering SLAs, MTTR, backlog, service health, and trend analysis
• Architect solutions using ServiceNow, Azure, Databricks, and Power BI
• Define data ingestion, transformation, semantic models, and reporting frameworks
• Lead client discovery workshops and architecture review sessions
• Validate estimates, assumptions, and delivery feasibility
• Provide architectural oversight and technical escalation during initial delivery phases

Critical Skills Required

• Deep expertise in ITSM / ServiceNow reporting and analytics
• Strong understanding of Service Operations processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Proven experience designing enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI
• Strong exposure to Azure data services (ADF, Synapse, Azure SQL, ADLS)
• Hands-on or architectural experience with Databricks
• Excellent understanding of Data Warehousing, Lakehouse, and Reporting Architecture
• Ability to balance business outcomes with delivery constraints

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Candidate Profile

• 12+ years of experience in ITSM analytics, service operations reporting, solution architecture, or delivery-aligned presales
• Proven track record of acting as principal architect / design authority
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a Hybrid model (mix of on-site and remote work)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
• ServiceNow, ITIL, Azure, or Data Analytics certifications preferred
