We have rewarding opportunities for Last Mile Delivery (LMD) roles within our organization. LMD deals with the final step of the delivery process through its gig economy platform and plays crucial part of the supply chain that ensures efficient and effective delivery of products to customers. These roles are often viewed as complex roles that require skills such as precision, punctuality, and problem-solving skills, as it often involves navigating logistical challenges such as traffic, delivery location accessibility, and coordination. The role may also require interpersonal skills for customer interaction, and technological skills for using delivery software and devices. These roles are vital in upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and ensuring timely deliveries.
What you'll do...
What We Are Looking For:
Extensive store process experience, including a deep understanding of operations and tools leveraged within stores
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to work collaboratively across various departments to drive successful outcomes.
Strong background in working with technology, product, and data to develop innovative solutions, and the ability to leverage these areas to create strategies that improve last mile outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Drive Operations Strategies:
- Set operational objectives for multiple divisions and strategic business units.
- Provide leadership and introduce innovative approaches.
- Convert vision and strategy into actionable plans.
- Align functional and departmental strategic business plans.
- Develop a multiyear plan to improve profit and loss or customer experience.
- Advocate for customer experience related to operations.
- Benchmark operations against industry standards and identify best practices.
Oversee Execution of Large-Scale Projects:
- Manage and modify project plans.
- Create and manage task timelines.
- Format and maintain project data.
- Facilitate communication for successful rollouts and implementations.
- Identify performance standards, measure progress, and adjust as needed.
- Develop solutions and contingency plans for escalated issues.
- Manage budget and approve expenditures.
Develop Recommendations for Decision Support:
- Organize, analyze, and interpret data.
- Influence stakeholders and provide insights on business trends.
- Conduct analyses to understand and communicate trends.
- Translate data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies.
Oversee Implementation of Business Solutions:
- Build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop innovations and tools for site selection.
- Continuously improve selection methodology.
- Leverage best practices to streamline processes.
- Analyze information to improve business efficiency.
- Develop creative solutions to reduce costs and meet business goals.
- Ensure data accuracy and develop tracking mechanisms.
Oversee Revenue-Generating and Expense-Offsetting Activities:
- Research and integrate information to identify improvement opportunities.
- Apply business measures and analyses.

- Prioritize assignments and ensure data accuracy.
Provide Overall Direction:
- Analyze business objectives and customer needs.
- Develop, communicate, and implement business strategies.
- Analyze costs and forecasts, incorporate them into business plans.

- Identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Promote a customer-focused environment.
Develop and Implement Workforce Strategies:
- Diagnose capability gaps, recruit, select, and develop talent.
- Support mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning.
- Leverage the capabilities of new and existing talent.
Cultivate an Environment of Integrity and Ethics:
- Integrate company standards into all programs and practices.
- Develop consequences for violations or noncompliance.
- Support the Open Door Policy.
Leverage Partnerships and Networks:
- Sponsor and lead community outreach and involvement initiatives.
- Engage key stakeholders in business plans and initiatives.
- Support associate efforts in these areas.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00-$320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
