Given our incredible growth, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Client Partner to join our team. As a Senior Client Partner at Smartly, you will put your consultative instincts and leadership skills to use to accelerate business growth. You will build and maintain trust-based customer relationships with large advertisers while understanding consumer needs and delivering value-based solutions to them. You will navigate multiple levels of stakeholders at brands, agencies and other relevant partners to drive collaborative, innovative growth for all.

As a Senior Client Partner at Smartly, you will...

  • Establish relationships with influencers up and across all relevant parts of a customer organization and partner teams across EMEA
  • Craft and drive commercially-focused joint business plans to achieve account expansion and increased Smartly suite utilisation, motivating the broader Smartly team to win together
  • Help customers’ organization drive alignment, progress, innovation and growth, with the goal of deepening Smartly’s role as a key consultant within the business
  • Facilitate strong engagement with product, technical and marketing teams (Internal & Client) to ensure that there is roadmap alignment and progress across client objectives. 
  • Own revenue forecasting and target setting for the customer with strong pipeline and opportunity management in Salesforce
  • Present confidently and clearly to multiple stakeholders in internal/external forums to influence outcomes
  • Represent Smartly at vertical industry-specific events and forums

We're definitely looking for you, if you…

  • Have 10+ years of experience in digital industries with a proven record of commercially growing strategic accounts; experience with ad tech, social media and/or creative platforms is seen as an advantage
  • Are motivated by driving change and challenging status quo;  thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment that requires the ability to adapt to ambiguity
  • Are naturally inclined to lead, organize and galvanize people around your strategy; ‘winning as a team’ is critical
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to create connections and engage confidently with a variety of audiences, including C-level decision-makers
  • Have a strong desire to learn about the product in order to effectively sell up to the C-suite or down to end-users as needed
  • Have the ability to collaborate effectively and with ease across cross-functional teams (product, marketing, engineering, customer success, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a consistent record of meeting and exceeding quota and/or business KPIs across a vertically-based book of business
