In this role, you will:

• Ensure the availability and optimal performance of production systems.

• Drive the resolution of incidents and outages effectively.

• Facilitate the restoration of services in the production environment.

• Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

• Support data retention practices to ensure compliance and security.

You’ll take part in problem-solving discussions, contribute to continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure IT operations.

What You’ll Need

• Intermediate proficiency in Server Operating Systems.

• Beginner proficiency in IT Infrastructure Operations.

• Prior experience in related technical areas is considered an advantage.

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Beginner proficiency in Infrastructure Event Management.

• Beginner proficiency in Server Architectures.
