What you will do
The Associate Director, Fire Service Initiatives will drive the objectives, metrics, and field adoption of service initiatives that will transform our field service delivery model to drive exponential growth and profitability of our truck-based service business.
This person will own and be responsible for driving assigned Fire service initiatives into our field organization; and work with the field leaders, product management and executive teams to define and implement transformative service delivery strategies leveraging digital technologies to deliver annual revenue, market share and profitability targets. The director acts as the entrepreneurial business manager with the goal of long-term customer satisfaction, competitive advantage, market share and profitability. Although the role is focused on North America, this leader will interface with other global service leaders to share best practices and support common global service initiatives where needed.
The director is accountable for virtually all aspects of the initiative deployment without having direct authority over the resources required to deliver the results. This leader will work directly with the business leaders in products, services, finance, sales, operations, communications, and training to deploy all aspects of the defined plan.
