Senior Manager, Hotels.com

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Senior Manager to join Hotels.com at Expedia Group. This role will be responsible for identifying direction to drive growth and optimize business results for Hotels.com, which is one of the largest brands in the Expedia portfolio with a fiercely loyal customer base. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Identify growth opportunities, evaluate trade-offs, and partner with cross-functional teams across Expedia Group to enable execution for successful outcomes
  • Create recommendations to optimize cross-channel investment strategy to align profitability with growth and marketplace needs 
  • Monitor P&L performance and partner with the Sr Director on recommendations to drive performance 

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business Management, Economics) or MBA preferred; or equivalent in related professional experience
  • 8+ years of business management, ecommerce, strategy, and P&L management experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to solutions: prior experiences tackling vague problems, crisply framing the challenges, identifying a path forward, and driving execution to the finish-line  
  • Motivated by goal achievement and continuous improvement, with enthusiasm and strive to motivate your team and the wider organization  
  • Curious and passionate, with a desire to continuously learn more, which you use to understand business operations and the levers that drive profitable growth  

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $155,000 to $217,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $146,000 to $204,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.  Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
