MEETINGS AND CONTRACTS INTERN

WHAT YOU WILL DO
This internship will be an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to have international exposure and daily interactions with our stakeholders in the affiliate and the ACCP. You will learn all terminology related to our Healthcare Provider (HCP)/Healthcare Organization (HCO) activities. At the end of the internship, you will be able to grasp the basic concepts of compliance in pharma and learn overall country legal requirements as well as managing events that are HCP/HCO related as well as ACCP internal events.
Responsibilities:
Learn how to process HCP/HCO end-to-end contracting activities using the Amgen Compliance tool
Learn how to manage the end-to end PO process in Ariba
Follow-up on the invoicing process in SAP
Support management of contract templates Support Transparency process review within Amgen Transparency tool
Learn how to recognize and escalate problems or risks, as and when they arise in line with the business requirements.
Adapt, support, and contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the department and ACCP.
Identify improvement opportunities for the different processes and projects and participate in the implementation of solutions.
Help manage internal and external events for Affiliates and also ACCP.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU
The detail-oriented individual we seek is a collaborative, and dynamic person with these qualifications.
University Degree in Management, Business or Event Management
Advanced English skills spoken and written. Fluency in other languages is highly preferred such as German;
Attention to detail and ability to analyze large sets of data.
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft 365 applications.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, curious, and willing to learn.
Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
