What you will do
As a key member of our Inbound Lead Team, you'll be directly reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. Your primary role will involve engaging with both new and existing customers who are interested in new or additional work on their current systems. You'll ensure each lead is thoroughly validated, including detailed descriptions, before passing it along to the appropriate salesperson.

How you will do it
Make outbound calls to both new and existing customers to generate leads.
Handle inbound calls from internal departments and customers with professionalism.
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries via email.
Analyze available data to identify and create lead opportunities.
Qualify, identify, and convert all sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all customer needs are met promptly and professionally.
Document all interactions and actions taken in Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
What we look for
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; training will be provided for our internal systems.
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering a customer-first experience.
Previous experience in a sales role, particularly over the phone, is highly desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Capability to meet and exceed targets and KPIs in a performance-driven environment.
