PermanentThe role is partnering with stakeholders to keep track, govern and assess all services transitioned to NAB Vietnam to ensure readiness, identify business performance metrics, gather and analyse data to provide valuable insights, presenting analytical findings to senior business stakeholders to help them shape their decision making. This includes establishing a centralised data foundation (source of truth), ensuring data availability, quality and accessibility.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to work with stakeholders to manage a service transition, strong project/program management fundamentals required to plan, govern, control and document all transitions.
Proven ability to identify and embed operational controls in the transition process to mitigate transition risks e.g. people, process, tech, data.
Strong data management skills to identify and develop data insights to provide management insights, performance measures and metrics.
Skilled in solving complex problems with strong business acumen to uncover actionable insights, influence decision-making, and inspire cross-functional teams to take performance-enhancing actions and deliver measurable business value.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams, with a track record of collaboration and achieving effective, outcome-driven results.
Develop analytics, dashboard reporting for dedicated executives and functional leaders, foster trust in data by applying data risk governance principles.
Leverage insights from data to anticipate future requirements to support decision making.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
5-10+ year experience in leading multiple transitions end-to-end, or in large-scale migrations preferably in banking operations, shared service centres or global capability centres.
Strong experience with risk and compliance management
Experience in leading and delivering analytics and insights solutions from prototyping through to product development and deployment, as well as experience working across the business to support cross-functional performance improvement.
Experience with coaching, mentoring and support of data team to build an engaging and collaborative team to enhance performance.
Experience with analysing and manipulating complex, high volume data sets using SQL, Spark (Databrick) and/or Python, MS PowerBI with multiple user roles.
Working experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
Bachelor/Master degree in business, data analytics/ computer science, statistics or related discipline.
