Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and own product strategy for a major domain (e.g., Digital Conversion, QTI, Service Experience, Enterprise Partnerships)
Translate company objectives into clear product vision, roadmap, and execution plans
Identify high-leverage opportunities to increase conversion, retention, and operational efficiency
Execution & Delivery
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization

Deeply understand agent workflows and client journeys across digital and hybrid models
Identify friction points in quoting, binding, servicing, and bundling experiences
Champion solutions that simplify complexity without sacrificing capability
Platform & Integration Thinking
Drive product decisions that account for carrier integrations, APIs, and third-party dependencies
Balance short-term wins with long-term platform scalability and extensibility
Contribute to architectural discussions with a strong understanding of system design trade-offs
8–12+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years operating at a senior or principal level
Proven track record of owning and delivering complex, high-impact products in a fast-paced environment
Strong experience with digital platforms, APIs, and integration-heavy ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across engineering, business, and executive teams
Deep analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and measure impact
Experience in fintech, insurtech, or marketplace models is strongly preferred
