Audit Coordinator

Accurate Health Auditing & Consulting Single Member S.A., a member of the IQVIA Group and a leading provider of medical auditing, TPA, and consulting services in the healthcare sector in Greece and abroad, is seeking an Audit Coordinator for its offices in Athens, in collaboration with Private Hospitals and Insurance Companies.

This position reports to the Audit Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Represents the Company at their level to clients, hospitals, and insured individuals.
• Coordinates the work of Administrative Staff in the clinics under their responsibility.
• Performs the duties and tasks of an Administrative Employee.
• Participates in the revision of procedures and guidelines.
• Trains and annually evaluates the administrative team under their responsibility.
• Responsible for the proper adherence to working hours of the Administrative Staff in the clinics under their responsibility.
• Ensures the smooth operation of the office, adherence to schedules, and staff leave planning.

Required Qualifications

• University or Technological Educational Institute degree.
• Excellent knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Internet usage.
• Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications

• Studies in Health or Health Services Management.
• Good command of the English language.
• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or consulting services.
