Who You Are: You are someone who is a hands-on, detail-oriented accountant with strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience supporting a public-company close. You are reliable, organized, and comfortable owning key areas of the monthly close, preparing reconciliations, and supporting SEC reporting requirements. You bring a mix of technical strength and practical problem-solving, with the ability to work cross-functionally across FP&A, Operations, and Supply Chain. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and proactively identify process and system improvements. You also take pride in accuracy, integrity, and accountability, and can guide junior team members while still being willing to roll up their sleeves.
The Task At Hand: The Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Accounting and plays a key role in leading the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial reporting, technical accounting, and internal controls. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced CPG environment and is excited to support the demands of a newly public company. The Accounting Manager will collaborate cross-functionally, support SEC reporting, and help build scalable processes as the organization grows.
