Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute strategic plans for simulator scheduling and optimal instructor allocation, aligned with business and customer needs.
Analyze training demand and propose solutions to optimize resource utilization.
Monitor key performance indicators (utilization, efficiency, customer satisfaction) and generate reports to support decision-making.
Lead and identify opportunities for process improvement and methodologies.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability of materials, instructors, and equipment according to established schedules.
Implement technological tools and innovative processes to enhance planning and customer experience.
Lead resolution and responsible for resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
Education: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years in Leading Strategic Planning, Resource Management, and Continuous Improvement.
Knowledge: Planning and management tools (advanced Excel). Continuous improvement methodologies. Advanced English.
Skills: Leadership, analytical thinking, customer focus.
