In this role, you will work closely with our dentists to deliver the highest quality of patient care. You'll support clinical procedures, prepare treatment areas, and ensure a safe, welcoming experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate treatment needs clearly and calmly to patients and their parents, using the prescribed treatment plan.
Identify and manage prior authorization requirements and ensure signed consent forms are obtained.
Maintain a high standard of patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
Accurately document all procedures using electronic and paper dental records.
Assist with general housekeeping and operatory restocking as needed.
Qualifications:
Required: Registered or Certified Dental Assistant license.
Required: CPR certification.
Preferred: Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
Preferred: 1+ years of dental assisting experience.
