Summary: As a Technology Support Engineer, your typical day will involve resolving incidents and problems that arise across various business system components, ensuring that operational stability is maintained. You will create and implement Requests for Change, while also updating knowledge base articles to facilitate effective troubleshooting. Collaboration with vendors and support for service management teams in issue analysis and resolution will be key aspects of your role, contributing to a seamless operational environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service delivery. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Infrastructure. - Strong understanding of cloud service models including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. - Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
