About the Role

河南分公司伴随业务扩张，长期开放河南省内内勤岗位储备，包含Agency渠道岗位，工作地点在河南省内。

一、招聘岗位

Agency 渠道岗位（三级机构负责人、业务发展、营销企划等岗位）

•执行营销服务部/营管处人力发展或业绩推动或新人训练等工作，达成营销服务部/营管处的各项指标。

•组织实施营销员渠道各项业务活动顺利完成，保公司各项业务激励奖励落实的及时性、准确性，为公司各项业务指标的达成提供有力协助。

后台岗位（运营服务）

•为客户及营销员提供相关运营服务、完成各项追踪任务，进行必要的数据分析；参与项目性工作的推动与落实。

二、任职要求

学历：本科及以上

经验：

管理岗需10年以上金融/保险行业经验；

专业岗需3-5年以上相关领域经验；

能力：具备团队协作精神、抗压能力及目标执行力
