Ready to Drive Market Growth and Customer Success?

At Haemonetics, we develop innovative medical technology products and services that improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of care. We are building a collaborative, performance-driven culture that attracts and develops the best talent.

What are you going to do in this role?

In this role, you will develop strategies to grow the market for Safe Trace TX (STTx) in the UK, including planning and executing go-to-market strategies and liaising with relevant Haemonetics stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Software Implementation and Support, R&D, and Finance. You will work closely with sales team colleagues to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for STTx in the UK, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline development. You will drive the STTx sales process with customers, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure revenue delivery.

Your responsibilities will include market preparation, engaging in pre-tender activities, producing tender offerings, and ensuring market access frameworks like NHS Supply Chain are in place. You will manage key accounts for STTx customers and prospective clients, including collaboration with third-party providers under MSAs.

Additionally, you will prepare Statements of Work, manage project deliverables and dependencies, negotiate contracts, and oversee KPIs and milestones.

As the commercial lead, you will manage customer projects and accounts, acting as the interface between key customer stakeholders and HAE stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will become a Subject Matter Expert on STTx, understanding its capabilities, system architecture, laboratory workflows, and functional capabilities within the customer environment. You will represent the voice of the customer within HAE through continuous engagement and feedback, spending at least 60% of your time in the field.

Furthermore, you will create and manage key third-party relationships within the UK, including LIMS, EPR, and HIS providers.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

To excel in this position, you must have strong project management experience, with evidence of working in complex environments and projects. You should be an experienced customer account manager with substantive commercial experience, able to demonstrate management of opportunities from creation to revenue delivery on time and on budget.

You need demonstrable experience in selling and managing healthcare IT or IT projects involving high-value expenditure and requiring engagement with a broad range of stakeholders, such as clinical leads, IT/digital leads, infrastructure/architecture teams, and data integration teams. Familiarity with the UK healthcare environment, including Pathology Networks, service providers, and their relationships with NHS and private healthcare providers, is essential.

Proven interpersonal skills are crucial for managing a diverse hierarchy of internal and external stakeholders. You must be able to build and utilize effective networks and have solid communication skills to simplify complex situations into manageable actions and measurements. A creative thinker with a bias towards using initiative and independently taking action to bring clarity to situations of uncertainty will thrive in this role.
