Dealpath is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand generation through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and paid media. This role is critical in developing and executing ABM campaigns, managing a paid media budget, and optimizing digital channels to accelerate growth.

You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to generate pipeline and improve conversion efficiency across the funnel. You’re excited about this opportunity because you’ll:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ABM strategy in close partnership with Sales and own a piece of sales pipeline generation.
- Plan and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, including paid digital (paid search, paid social, content syndication, display, and others), webinars, content marketing, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Own Dealpath’s demand generation strategies, developing and managing marketing experiments to optimize performance.
- Manage a paid media budget, ensuring the effective allocation of funds across search and social to drive high-quality demand and conversion.
- Refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and targeting strategies, ensuring campaigns effectively reach and engage high-value prospects.
- Leverage event marketing strategically, incorporating both in-person and virtual events into broader demand generation and ABM initiatives to drive engagement and pipeline impact.
- Ensure demand generation and ABM initiatives are fully integrated with sales motions and drive measurable business outcomes.
We’re excited that you have:
- Demonstrated success in developing ABM strategies for Enterprise segments with multiple use cases, and complex buyer groups, and executing high-performing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly Google Search Ads and LinkedInwith a track record of pipeline contribution and ROI optimization.
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to measure campaign performance and ROI (CAC, CAC payback, LTV, CPL, ROAS)
- Experience with event marketing, including strategically leveraging events as part of broader ABM and demand generation initiatives.
- A data driven and highly curious mindset with an appetite to dive into the weeds, seeking connections and key moments in all touchpoints of the customer journey.
- A track record of optimizing the revenue funnel, successfully improving conversion efficiency across digital channels from awareness to closed-won.
- An entrepreneurial and high-ownership mindset, with a bias toward action and problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience with a focus on account based marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing, preferably at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency with marketing operations tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and targeting and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Bonus points for prior experience in commercial real estate, though it is not required.

Additional Details:
- The estimated base pay range for New York candidates for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 & eligible for variable compensation.
- Your compensation will be based upon several factors including your experience, qualifications, education, location, and the skills assessed in Dealpath's interview process.
- This position is also eligible for Dealpath's equity plan.
