The annual base salary for this position ranges from $96,100.00 to $168,200.00. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

We are looking for someone passionate about the Converse brand to lead the West District. As a District Manager you will be responsible for delivering a consistent, positive customer experience in multiple stores in order to deliver profitable sales growth. This will be accomplished by ensuring that the following roles and responsibilities are implemented consistently, with an underlying dedication to Converse Values, supporting our consumers and our associates.

Drive Operational Excellence:

  • Communicate and drive clear action plans
  • Analyze Business, create action plans and gain consensus with managers
  • Lead profit and expenses
  • Direct and lead all aspects of scheduling activities
  • Supervise inventory activities & drive operational execution.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed

Grow the Converse Brand :

  • Grow a district team that supports the Converse Strategic priorities
  • Lead and inspire change
  • Own the implementation of Converse consumer programs and selling strategies & ensure consistent execution of visual standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of multi store management experience
  • 5 years of Direct to Consumer retail experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present and facilitate
  • Ability to travel (auto, plane, etc.) 75% of the time, visit stores and attend district and corporate meetings
  • Availability to work periodic weekends and evenings
