The Crown Is Yours

As the Manager of our Wrigley Retail Sportsbook, you will oversee day-to-day Sportsbook Operations and play an integral part in creating a first-class customer experience while driving team member engagement and revenue. You’ll work cross-functionally with other areas of the business to spearhead compliance initiatives, analyze key metrics and performance data, establish measurable goals and initiatives, and facilitate team member training.

What you’ll do as a Sportsbook Manager

  • Have direct ownership over the full P&L of our Retail Sportsbook Operation in Chicago. 

  • Provide leadership, operational guidance, and resources to accomplish established objectives. 

  • Develop and approve recommended staffing levels and schedules.

  • Collaborate with our Marketing and Promotions teams to predicate and map volume forecasts.

  • Maintain a positive relationship with commissions, regulatory authorities, and internal control team members to ensure above-board operational compliance. 

  • Provide proper security and accountability of funds entrusted to the department. 

  • Execute security measures to ensure the integrity of Sportsbook Operations from a risk management and mitigation perspective. 

  • Promote player goodwill and settle customer disputes. 

   
What you’ll bring

  • At least 5 years in a managerial role, overseeing at least 20 direct reports.

  • A college degree or related field experience is required. 

  • Strong working knowledge in state and federal Regulatory and Compliance sectors.

  • Experience in performance risk analysis, issue and change management.

  • Proven ability to successfully manage third-party and customer relationships.

  • Data-driven and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68,000.00 USD - 85,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
