Pay Range

$81,700.00-$112,300.00 Annual

This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire.   Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus. 

Position Overview

The Sales Program Manager provides essential operational, and analytical support to the sales organization. This role combines coordination of major sales meetings and customer events with ongoing maintenance of sales data, systems, and communication tools. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, comfort with data, and the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Coordinate all logistics for major annual sales events, including budgeting, vendor management, travel, attendee communication, and on‑site support.  Approximately 35 - 40 per year.
    (Examples: National Sales Meeting, Contractor Retreat, Hunt Camps, Broncos games, territory reviews.)
  • Manage miscellaneous event requests such as concerts, golf events, and industry conferences.
  • Act as primary point of contact for the Cvent event management platform; coordinate with Procurement and Cvent account managers on system features, licensing, and utilization.
  • Prepare and organize materials, agendas, presentations, and schedules for internal and customer‑facing meetings.
  • Coordinate creation of Contractor Profiles for special events

Data & Reporting Support

  • Prepare market share, territory performance, and sales data for internal sales meetings and territory reviews.
  • Create quarterly scorecard downloads
  • Update reference tools such as the NQ/NLE cheat sheet in alignment with market data releases.
  • Conduct basic analysis to support sales leadership in understanding trends, performance gaps, and customer activity.

Sales Operations & Administrative Support

  • Maintain and update sales territory bulletins and corresponding system tables; distribute updates to internal partners such as Customer Service and IT.
  • Keep sales team contact lists current on SharePoint and external‑facing platforms.
  • Process check requests, purchase orders, and expense transactions for sales events and tradeshows from all Regional Sales Managers and Director of Sales.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding of sales employees, including technology equipment requests, vehicle coordination, and scheduling in‑person onboarding sessions at headquarters.
  • Facilitate onboarding training content and ensure required system access is granted.
  • Handle all Fleet issues for the national sales team.

Systems Access & Compliance

  • Work with IT and Commercial Excellence to manage Active Directory User ID, SFDC, Fabric and Power BI access and permissions for employees and agent partners.
  • Participate in quarterly system access audits to ensure compliance and proper access management.
  • Maintain accurate lists of sales team members and agent partner personnel.
  • Timely notification of role changes and terminations within the sales team.
  • Tracking and verification of Agent SFDC seats for annual billing.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of administrative, sales support, event coordination, or similar experience.
  • CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with meeting management platforms (Cvent) preferred.
  • Experience with online travel tools, expense systems, and supplier relationship platforms.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities with comfort interpreting sales data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • Medium travel required 30+ days.
