This is a full-time continuing position with salary in the range $78,944 - $87,750 (HEW 5) plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%.
Support senior leadership and collaborate with key stakeholders to advance the strategic priorities of Student Support and Wellbeing Services.
This role requires strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage a diverse workload and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Based at our St Lucia campus
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Director, Student Support and Wellbeing Services, serving as the primary point of contact for students, staff, and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include:
Executive Support:
Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Prepare briefing materials and support key initiatives.
Administrative Support:
Coordinate projects, events, and conferences. Liaise with stakeholders and respond to inquiries.
Coordinate the activities of local committees and working groups, organise meeting dates, agendas and action lists.
Manage financial matters, including reimbursements and budget management.
Office Management:
Maintain office systems and processes.
Ensure smooth operations and provide support to team members.
Relevant work experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including but not limited to criminal history and education checks. Employer sponsored work rights are not available for this appointment.
