Summary: As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in keeping the technology talent market relevant by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. You will also contribute to course content development and create questions for certification and assessments. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to effectively educate and train others. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Deliver foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. - Develop course content and create questions for certification and assessments. - Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements. - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and relevant training materials. - Provide guidance and support to learners throughout their training journey. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA. - Strong understanding of technology and its applications. - Experience in delivering training and educational programs. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BTech, BE, MCA, or equivalent IT qualification is required.
