In this UX Strategist role, you will drive cross‑cutting initiatives spanning omnichannel scale, CX performance, data‑driven personalization, and conversational AI; advancing Discoverability in a 0‑click world and delivering scalable, high‑impact investor experiences that build trust and confidence. Partnering with agile teams, partners, and senior stakeholders to align to the vision and bring it to life.
This role:
Creates user experience interface architecture strategies, and leads program-level initiatives to meet business goals. Develops strategic digital plans, and leverages research, conceptualization, visual design, information architecture to resolve complex issues.
Creates digital experiment portfolios and oversees execution of experiments. Translates experiments to full-scale technology roll outs. Presents and recommends solutions to senior leaders, internal partners, and stakeholders.
Identifies opportunities to employ digital elements into operational plans. Ensures that strategy aligns to digital as the core of the user experience.
Researches and utilizes knowledge of the latest technology and devices including programming languages, network infrastructure, processes, web and mobile application development to produce efficient interactive solutions. Builds team knowledge and understanding of consumer insights and emerging innovative trends.
Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience. Analyzes data and user feedback in order to make critical design decisions.
Oversees the operations of the project team on a day-to-day basis. Supports project deliverables, work flows, and problem resolution.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Eight years related work experience, Three years of User Experience or User Interface experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Graduate degree preferred.
